Comber Cosmos Softball Club launched with a simple idea: bring fast-pitch softball to the heart of County Down, and do it with passion, community, and a whole lot of cosmic energy.
Based at the picturesque North Down Cricket Club in Comber, we compete in the Softball Ulster Division B league and welcome players of all skill levels — from seasoned veterans to complete beginners.
Whether you're stepping up to the plate for the first time or chasing another championship, there's a place for you in our galaxy.

From pub quizzes to charity fundraisers — we don't just play softball, we build community.
Cosmos Pub Quiz
We welcome you to Clubhouse at The Green at North Down Cricket Club on Sunday 21st June at 7pm! Entry is £15 per team, with a max of 8 players per team. We are also honoured to announce we will split the proceeds with the fabulous Breast Cancer Now charity. On the night there will also be a raffle with some fab prizes, and charity beer pong. Before the quiz starts, there will be live music in the clubhouse from the excellent Enler Delta Blues band from 3pm, so why not come down early and make a day of it! Hope to see yous there! 🪐🥎
